The Pines Resort, located 17 miles south of Yosemite features 84 two-story cabins, 20 lakefront hotel rooms and 4 cabins. North Shore Lakehouse

Pristine lakefront home on the north shore of beautiful Bass Lake, just 1 mile east from the Pines Resort; spacious and tastefully decorated to resemble a luxurious mountain lodge. Renters will have full access to the Resort’s amenities, including the pool, jacuzzi and tennis courts. 5 bedrooms, including 2 Master Suites, 3 full bathrooms.

Rental Home Location

The Lakehouse is located in a desirable vacation destination on Bass Lake, just a about two miles from the Pines Village, restaurants and gift shops, in a safe and walkable neighborhood. The property offers own, private access to the boat slip, dock and cabana with seating area.

Nestled amongst towering ponderosa pines, it offers privacy and comfort of a rental home, combined with resort’s convenience. It’s a perfect choice for larger families or small groups of friends.

Features and Amenities

Savor home cooked meals with your loved ones in a fully stocked chef’s kitchen with a fireplace and breakfast nook and as the daylight fades, sink into a comfortable chair on the private cabana deck and watch the sun slowly dip behind the mountain.

The North Shore Lakehouse comes with some upscale amenities, including a large, open living room with open floor plan, breakfast nook with wood burning fireplace and family game room. Families can gather in a state of art kitchen with walk-in pantry and lots of counter space. Propane BBQ as well as firepit are available for use. For guests’ convenience laundry and dryer are available on-site, all linens are provided and guests have a full accesss to all amenities at the Resort, like the pool, tennis courts, jacuzzi, restaurants, etc.

This rental home can accommodate up to 8 guests with a minimum of 3-night stay. Strict no smoking and no pet policy applies to all renters. The Lakehouse can be used for an overnight stay only, and for strictly private use with no parties allowed.

Rates and Bookings

Due to special terms & conditions, at this time the property can be only booked over the phone (800) 350-7463. Rates are based on season and day of the week and they range from $1,199 in Nov-Mar (Sunday – Thursday) up to $2,199 during the Summer. Holiday rates apply.

All rates are subject to 11% tax and housekeeping fee ($500). Renters will be required to put a 50% deposit in order to guarantee their booking and signed special rental agreement.

Q: What are the prices for the Lakehouse?

Nightly rates for the Lakehouse vary per month and day of the week:

May (before Memorial Day) $1,299 (Sun-Thu) or $1,699 (Fri/Sat)
June – Aug $1,799 (Sun-Thu) or $2,199 (Fri/Sat)
September (after Labor Day) and October $1,299 (Sun-Thu) or $1,699 (Fri/Sat)
November – March $1,199 (Sun-Thu) or $1,499 (Fri/Sat)

Holidays and holiday weekends will be priced differently. 4th of July Week is now booked.

Q: Is there a minimum night stay?

3-night stay minimum is required for all the bookings.

Q: What time is check in and check out?

Check in starts at 4pm on the arrival day; check out is at 11am. If you require an early check in or late check out, we encourage you to add a date to your reservation. We do not offer a day-use of the property.

Q: Are there any other fees?

All rates listed are subject to 11% lodging tax and $500 housekeeping charge. In addition $1,000 security authorization is placed on your credit card upon checking. That fee will be refunded no later than 7 days after check-out, pending no damage to the property.

Q: Do you allow pets?

This property has a strict no-pet policy, and any violations will be penalized up to $500/night plus the cost of any damages or deep cleaning. We do comply to ADA regarding to service dogs (subject to verification).

Q: How do I book?

In order to confirm your booking, we require 50% deposit. The reservation must be pre-paid no later than 30 days prior to arrival.

Q: What is the cancellation policy and penalty?

Any cancellation or change to original reservation dates are subject to $250 processing fee + difference in rates, if applicable.
